herbs and cocktails 150x150 Mabon DrinksSince Mabon is a fruit harvest festival it’s nice to have a few fruit drinks at the party after ritual here are a few favourites and just one for the designated driver. These drinks also work perfect for Samhain.

Mabon Happy Apples

Ingredients:

Amount Ingredient

1 Measure Vodka

0.5 Measure Lemon Juice

1.5 Measures Sour Apple Liqueur (Such as De Kuyper Sour Apple Liqueur)

1 Measure Apple Juice

Top up Ginger Ale

Method:

Place Vodka, lemon, Sour apple Liqueur and apple juice in cocktail shaker with some ice shake pour over ice and top up with ginger ale.

Toffee Apple Martini

Ingredient

1 Measure Vodka

1 Measure Sour Apple Liqueur (Such as De Kuyper Sour Apple Liqueur)

1 Measure De Kuyper Butterscotch Caramel

Method:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and stir gently. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Apple pie in a glass

4oz of frozen apple concentrate or frozen apple butter

8oz of vanilla ice cream

Cup of milk

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

mix in blender and serve over ice
