composed of Frige (genetive singular of Freo) + dæg "day" (most likely)

Banishing a negative spirit / ghost with dandelion root:
You will need one dried root of the dandelion and a caldron or fire proof bowl and matches plus burning disk, grind the root and light your disk as the burning disk starts to turn white sprinkle a pinch of the ground root (saving the rest)and say the spell ( 3×3).
(This is a very strong spell I would first try sage and or Garlic, this is only to be used in extreme cases)

By the root of the lion and the magic of three,
I call now to Hecate and the power of thee,
Banishing the negative spirit I ask in my plea,
Leaving peace in this place, only love now to see,

Now remove the used disk and let cool and then dig a hole to put it in , place in hole and cover with dirt now sprinkle remaining crushed root over the ground and repeat : This is my will so mote it be , this spell is cast be the powers of three ….

8 Steps for Freezing Herbs in Oil

1.Choose firm, fresh herbs, ideally from the market or your own garden.
2.If you wish, you can chop them fine. Or leave them in larger sprigs and leaves. Here I froze a combination of finely-chopped and whole herbs such as rosemary, fennel stalk, sage, and oregano.
3.Pack the wells of ice cube trays about 2/3 full of herbs.
4.You can mix up the herbs, too; think about freezing a bouquet garni of sage, thyme, and rosemary to add to winter roast chickens and potatoes!
5.Pour extra-virgin olive oil or melted, unsalted butter over the herbs.
6.Cover lightly with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
7.Remove the frozen cubes and store in freezer containers or small bags.
8.Don't forget to label each container or bag with the type of herb (and oil) inside!
