SPELL TO ACHIEVE RELEASE FROM STRESSFUL SITUATIONSThe waning moon is the perfect time for this spell,and as we're just coming out of a very bad Mercury Retrograde, it's even more appropriate!
Tools needed:
1 black candle
pencil (silver is used to remove negative energy, and graphite helps to conduct the negative energy away)
small slip of parchment or bay leaf
(This spell is best done outdoors or near an open window. )
Cast circle and light black candle. Call forth in your mind the circumstances surrounding the situation from which you desire release. Write a short summary or draw an image which best represents this situation on the parchment or bay leaf.
Take the leaf or parchment,and burn it in the flame of the black candle, as you recite these words:
"Circumstances, disappear
Take your troubles, take your fear.
What was wrong shall now be right
Release my fate from you, this night!"When it is done, take a moment to look deeply into the flame. Close your eyes and hold this image in your mind's eye. As you feel the negative energy leaving your space, reflect on the hope of a renewed future. Envision the new path that lies before you. when you are finished, blow out the candle and let the smoke drift away, carrying the old worries with it.
