As you learn tarot by whatever means book, from a teacher or off the Internet you will find that you can either work with Tarot or not if you can then stop find another tool for divination that you are better suited to such as runes or crystal balls never force it. If you can work with tarot you are going to want to connect with them one a spiritual as well as personal level. Never read for yourself you will only ever see what you want to see and never use them as a magic eight ball to help you decide what to do. But do use them to help you become a better person and connect fully with the cards there are some excellent techniques to this in the Hallow quest the book that goes with Arthurian Tarot

It is important when connecting with tarot that you show respect and treat your cards well, Insure that when you pick your tarot pack that you choose a pack with imagery and symbology that you can connect to personally. If you’re a bit of a traditionalist then the Waite-Smith or Rider Waite Tarot, If you enjoy and have a big interest in the Arthurian legends then Arthurian Tarot By John & Caitlin Matthews or if you’re a gay man then the Gay Tarot, it does not matter what pack and there are hundreds to choose from just as long as it feels right to you.

Always keep your cards safe and protected, show them respect keep them in a tarot bag or tarot box or both. Keep them away from things that can charge them or drain them of their energy.

One of the easiest times to connect with tarot cards is when you first get a pack this first technique is used on a new tarot deck but can be also used to re energise a tarot deck.

When you first open the pack don’t shuffle or look at the cards place your dominant hand below the cards (normally your right hand) and your passive hand on top of the pack find your own internal energy (see playing with understanding and playing with energies) and place it in the centre of your chest around the position of you heart chakra. Allow it to grow and move down your right arm and push it through the cards and back up your left arm until it completes a circle of energy. Keep the energy moving in circular motion seeing your own energies clearing the cards of all negativities and filling the cards with your own energy.

As the cards become infused with your energy your own energy will be able to pass through the tarot deck with much more ease. You will know when the cards are completely clean of all negatives and are attuned to yourself, as the energy flowing through your arms and chest will stabilise into a continuous loop that has a steady pulse. Once you’re at this stage say an incantation or state that you want the cards to guide and show you all you need to know.

Then put the cards to one side and wash hand under running cold water to wash way any remaining negativity the follow instructs on pack or from book.

This next technique for connecting with the cards is an adaptation from the Hallow quest. Centre yourself then pick a tarot card from the tarot deck spend sometime looking at the design of the card the details do this until you can close your eyes and visualise the card as a real place with real people and real animal visualise your self walking around inside the cards talk to the people in the card find out what they are doing their, look behind trees and building look pass the image of the card find out what lie beyond or what is hidden when your ready to leave see the visualisation returning to a flat image then open your eyes and write you feelings and any information you gained. You will need to be very creative with this visualisation and allow yourself to just imagine.

The third way to connect with the tarot cards is a fun way by using the cards to tell a story and is not a new technique pick some cards at random from the pack I would say no more than 10 place the tarot cards in a pile next to you and start to write a story start with a lead person a knight a princess etc and turn a card over and incorporate that card into the story here is an example “Rodger the knight was walking when (turn card = the Hermit) he met a hermit that lived in the woods…” Just fill the stories with as much detail and feeling as you can imagine, and let yourself be inspired by the cards. Although many of your stories will not make it to the best seller list you should when you read them back you should be able to see a relation with your own life giving an insight to yourself.

Way to insure your cards remain connected do’s and don’ts

Do’s

• Keep you cards in a safe place
• Use a Tarot Box or Bag
• Respect them as a tool of your work
• Find a pack that suits you

Don’ts

• Let anyone else use your cards
• Use them as game cards
• Don’t leave them lying around
• Read for yourself.
• Don’t let the cards make your choices for you.
• Don’t read for anyone under influence of drink or drugs

The energy vampire is someone who draws psychic or spiritual energy from another life force with out replacing it with like energy. Over the years I have found that there seem to be 3 may be 4 types of energy vampire.

The first and most common type of energy vampire in what I like to call the immature energy vampire, the second is the controller energy vampire and the third is a feeder and if there is a forth kind it seems to be a hybrid of these three.

The immature energy vampire is completely oblivious that they are feeding off of your energy in this category you will find children, those suffering illness (physical and mental), the Star (a person how is a diva who needs people to praise him or her) and the party animal (always on the go the one that is still raving a 4am while everyone else is lagging).

The immature energy vampires are not bad (in the sense of good and bad) although they are demanding they need you to offer your energy before they can start to draw off your energy. The problem is the immature likes energy and is really not bothered if the energy is negative or positive just as long has they have your attention. The good thing is that these vampires will often share your energy and return some back.

Since the goal of this vampire is to charge himself or herself up, they often have an abundance of excess energy, which they use to increase energy flow. This form of energy vampire unlike the other form can leave you feeling drained or over charged.

The controller vampire is much more skilled at drawing of specific forms of energy and have skills to force you to create this form of energy for them. This is normally negative feeling the type of people that fall into this group are bullies, bosses, abusers and the abused. This vampire can spend years slowly feeding away at all the good energy and replacing with nothing to all that is left is a hollow husk of a person behind before moving on to the next target. These vampires are usually created in the same way a folklore vampire is created one a person has been feed upon they will need to feed themselves it become a spiral drawing others in along the way.

These vampires live off negative energy the good thing is that where controller energy vampires are, you will find energy charger people (not the same as positive energy feeder) skilled at the defence against such vampire and are immune to their power and give positive energy back.

The third type of energy vampire is the feeder vampire these create situations where is energy is created for them top feed off. They dont feed off a person energy as such just from the energy created from the environment the formed. There seems to be two defined forms of the feed the negative energy feeder and the positive energy feeder.

The negative feeder is the stirrer, the backstabber, the grass, and the bitch! They like to cause people to argue and fight they never seem happy unless there is conflict as the feed of the energy that is created that feeling you get when you walk in a room here strong emotions have taken place.

The positive energy feeder is really a mature type of immature energy vampire these are the stars and divas that found that they could make people happy which in turns make them happy. These are normally people with good friends and are always ready to help although these people need happy people to keep them happy. They feed off of good emotions and are always trying to make people feel better.

The fourth kind is really not a variety of energy vampire but a hybrid there are some people who do not handle energy consumption well and react to a “bite” from an energy vampire and temporally assume the traits of the vampire that “bit them” very much a human natured experience. We all fall into this variety at some point as well all need to top up our energy. For example a woman or man at home looking after children, who are demanding his or her attention all day long will need to have the energy they have lost over the day replaced. This will require a food source! The partner if a loving and understanding one, they will see the lost energy and will freely replace that lost energy. If as in most cases the need is missed so situations will be created where woman or man that needed the attention will get it through manipulating the environment which will lead to a argument where attention is focused on the one that needs it normally by this stage it negative energy “immature energy vampire” if this situation become repetitive the person seeking the attention will create the same environment each day to cause the desired out come “controller vampire” if this situation is continue even longer the person seeking attention will learn to accept that the only way they will ever get the attention the need is to repeat the format with other people slowly turning in to a “negative feeder”.

Energy vampires are not mythical creatures sent to suck your life force away they are humans they are each and everyone of us we all need energy and in most cases we give and share freely with those we love.

It only when we get a taste for a specific emotional energy matrix that we become a true energy vampire we are all capable of energy vampirism and often take a bite sometime without thinking of we are doing.

But it is the desire of a particular emotional energy matrix that is the problem that always lead to a negative out come. I am reminded of the Celestine Prophecies and the third and forth insight –

A Matter of Energy

We now experience that we live not in a material Universe, but in a Universe of dynamic energy. Everything extant is a field of sacred energy that we can sense and intuit. Moreover, we humans can project our energy by focusing our attention in the desired direction, in that where attention goes, energy flows, influencing other energy systems and increasing the pace of coincidences in our lives. It is possible to see this energy enveloping all living things.

The Struggle For Power

To gain energy, we tend to manipulate or force others to give us attention and thus energy. When we successfully dominate others in this way, we feel more powerful, but they are left weakened and often fight back. Competition for scarce human energy is the cause of all conflict between people

There is no real way of protecting yourself from an energy vampire but if you are aware of their needs and what they desire form you? You can learn to starve them of it, example if a bully want you to be scared of him or her they are feeding off of your fear the moment you stop being scared you are of no use to them and they will find another food source.

It can be difficult to seek out energy vampires in groups of friends, as there is likely to be more than one vampire form with a group often working together to create the desired environment to feed and insuring that the group remains the same. You may even notice that when new people attempt to join the inner circle how certain friends become hostile to them.

As I have said no protection really because we cant protect against ourselves the only really issue is to try and stay away from the vampires that really drain you and change so they no longer find you desirable to eat and try not to take with out giving back.

I did mention energy charger people earlier these are very special people they are higher spiritually than most humans but still only human some are religious some are not. They flow with energy giving freely they have a connection with the divine a higher spiritual self a pureness of heart that can be seen in their eyes a child like quality and although rare their goodness can out live their life including Jesus, Buddha and Princess Diana

I have always enjoyed chakra meditation, I have always use the standard seven chakra system working from the root chakra up the crowd chakra. One day as a practice my meditation, working slowly up from the base. I had an experience I had reached the Crown chakra and then it just seem to extend beyond the seventh and into an eight chakra and as I became aware of the chakra reforming and almost had a complete end of a chakra began to form below the root chakra. And as I tried to focus on the second new chakra it seemed to become a void, which all the energy that had been created during meditation collapsed into. Although this was not a pleasant feeling. It was rather disturbing I had never had an experience during meditation that was so mystifying.

I did my normal thing of my experiences, wrote up my process and attempted to recreate that experience, and I had great difficulty. I almost put it down to loss of concentration during meditation. Or I’d dozed off in parts. It kept niggling at me.

I did mention it to a friend of mine, who always smiles and looks at me with great pity. When I have something to ask. In his usual kind and teaching way, he explains simply that there were many more than seven chakras, and I want to say I was astonished I had never come across any reference to a more advanced chakra system.

But the idea that there were more than seven chakras did inspire the seeking of knowledge and the realisation that there could in fact be an infinite number of chakras and an infinite number of energy is available. Intrigued me.

So I added an eighth and ninth chakra to my own system one below the root chakra which is positioned, leg length from the root chakra. So if you are standing. The root chakra would be at your heels, it is seated, would be approximately 30 inches below your root chakra, and one above, the Crown chakra approximately 18 inches to 2 feet above.

I seemed to be stuck with these nine chakra is now with the hope that I would be able to increase them in but was unsure in which direction to move and then found its chakra system that contains 13 chakras. The remaining four all extending upwards from the Crown.

The new chakras:-

The foot chakra this chakra makes a physical connection with the planet and the elements of Earth, when this chakra becomes blocked. We can become very disassociated us find it difficult to get on with others. When opened and cleared allows us to keep our connection and keep ourselves able physically and mentally and spiritually,

The 10th chakra (number 11) is located approximately 15 feet from the top of your head this chakra directly links to your soul and your spiritual self, allowing you to you develop highly spiritual skills such as travel beyond the limits of time and space, teleportation, bi-location, telekinesis and instantaneous precipitation of thoughts into matter.

The 11th of chakra (number 12) is located approximately 20 feet from the top of your head this chakra is a doorway to the cosmos and beyond, allowing true communication between elements and higher beings. It is a state of God hood.

Galdor is an Old English word meaning to ‘enchant with voice / song’ (Galdorcræft Is the art of doing so)

Galdor can also be used in a variety of other ways, in meditation, pathworking, the naming of objects etc, and in stance work. Most pagan paths use sound in rituals and workings, in the Enochian tradition they use a system called Vowel song a system found across the world from the Middle East to Scandinavia – albeit under different names. Here is a basic form:

I : the head SPIRIT. High pitch sound, which varies based on the indervidual.

E ; Neck and throat. AIR phonetically sounds like the e in very or head

A ; Solar Plexus, the bodies central warming, heart, liver and spleen. FIRE phonetically sounds like the a in half or far.

O ; Lower abdomen, intestines, kidneys, bladder. WATER phonetically sounds like the o in not.

U ; base of the spine, genitals, perineum, anus ,legs EARTH sounds like hoow or do

Each vowel is sung or chanted in order although they can be sung as one single linked vowel “iiieeeaaaooouuu” to draw energy down from the sky or as “uuuoooaaaeeeiii” to draw energy from the earth.

Galdor Stancing incorporates vibration / sound with physical stances. A beginner will start with the following system.

Stand quietly facing north, breath deeply and focus.

An invocation is then made to Wodin or the Norns.

Runes used are Is, Ur, Eohl, Tiw,, Lagu, and Ger

Is –

Feet together, centered in yourself and to the ground, Extend arms straight up with palms facing take a full deep breath and sign out the name of the rune Is the ‘I’ is high pitched and the ‘s’ is a hiss fading to silence. Relax don’t force it repeat 3 times.

Ur –

Lower arms and bend at waist don’t stretch just relax visualize reaching gently down in to the depths. The U is deep and sonorous while the R is rolled or guttural repeat 3 times.

Eohl –

Stand up lifting arms up and out palms up the ‘e’ and ‘o’ are a described earlier the ‘l’ is rolled and the ‘h’ becomes a breathy exhalation repeat 3 times (this stance connects with Sky / Air energies)

Tiw –

Let the arms fall down, palms down. The ‘t’ is hard and the ‘i’ and ‘w’ are pronounced as ‘ooo’ (Tee-ooo). The sound descends tonally repeat 3 times ( this stance connect with earth energies)

Lagu –

Turn east raise both hands in front of you palms down. The ‘l’ is rolled, the ‘g’ is hard and ‘a’ and ‘e’ as previously described. Repeat 3 times this stance connects with ocean tides, rivers lakes and springs etc)

Ger –

Place hands on hips, elbows out to sides, the g is soft ‘e’ as described earlier and the r is rolled. Repeat 3 times.

If unsure of your positioning look at the shape of the rune you should look like a human rune symbol.

Once completed stand relax breath slowly and deeply and ground yourself.

It will normally take around 6 month practice with the basic system before going on to try other runes. In that period you should increase you repartitions from 3 to 9 slowly. You should also experiment indoors and out, sing loudly and signing softly or even internalizing the sound creating them in you head.

It will take many years of Galdor work before you can sing all 33 runes. And their are a number of runes that require more than one person to stance.

With runes that require more than one person to complete you will need to do this with another person who knows Galdor Stancing you cant get some just to stand in the position there are no short cuts

Our homes are sacred spaces too, just as we use the guardians, watchtowers or elements to protect our circles many witches and pagans will use wards to protect their homes. These wards are used to protect from outside forces but the problem with this is that in this modern time of electronics and closer social connections and communication we end up inviting so much negativity into our homes and make it welcome negating any protection our wards could provide.

As a witch I am very attuned to the energy of my home may be more so then some as I write from home spend nearly everyday of the week sitting at my desk or I move 3 feet and sit on the sofa my whole world is contained inside my home (BTW I do go out shopping or to eat or spend time with friends). I have always insured my home as a positive flow of energy not sure if it feng shui but I know what feels right and I have often had friends remark about how welcoming and relaxed my home is.

Now I know that since I am very in tune with my environment my environment is also in tune with me so when I get hacked off or sad or ill or any negative emotions my home takes on that energy. Once my mood has change and positivist begins to flow once more.

Now I am not the sort of person who likes clean line and everything in it place I am more pile of books notes and plenty of knick-knacks around sort of person my home is a home not a museum it to be lived in and shared. I have a routine every Sabbat I clean the house, top to bottom in preparation for my rituals and to renew my wards.

But for nearly six months I have had a well of negativity surround me many of my friends have been going through financial difficulties, their has also been a large number of people how has passed away and a few more on their way, my self like everyone else has their own daily trials and tribulations.

Now I said I sit at my desk most of the time either to write, check out what mates are up to on facebook, email my friends and respond to them and chat on the phone I often joke that when I die they will have to bury me in a chair shaped coffin as I spend so much time here.

Now with all the negativity around me I would be on the phone having my friends tell me that their life was going to hell or blar blar has just passed, Watching friends fight and break up on facebook my desk area was becoming a negative energy dump which I was not aware of.

As this energy began to build slowly the changes I began to feel where very slight so much so they where accepted as normal everyday negative feeling and was not bothered by them. I only noticed the negative energy after I started to feel very unwell and decided that I needed some time away. So I basically got up checked email and stats and would take myself off out after a few days of taking sometime to myself I was happy to return back to writing and facebook but as I sat down I could feel a heaviness I began to focus on the negativity it was like a swirling grey slowly moving tornado centred over the area I would sit in.

I did the normal thing and got the smudge stick out and cleansed my desk did a few chants and blessed my working area that worked for about a week and then it came back. Slowly at first the bang it was back to fall force and I needed time away from PC once more.

I was sitting watching the energy from the sofa and decided that I had to do something I had to work out what it was I new it was a negative force but what was feeding  it. I had to work out first if it was fixed in place or connected to something so I moved the room around placing the desk in the window. Now with everything in its new place I checked to see if the energy vortex moved to.

The energy vortex remained in its same place ok so it a fixed one I could now deal with that I smudged once more and then did a cleansing ritual and it was gone.

A few months later it came back once more over my desk so I saved time and moved desk again and smudged and cleansed space again. But this got me thinking what had caused the issues to arise once more.

Fearing it was something to do with my feeling about writing or my PC I did a working that Hermes was the focus of. It all suddenly fell into place through the telephone, PC and TV I gave a root for unwanted energies to enter but not dissipate

That became contained a small local energy vortex which was being feed by out side communication.

There was no way I could kill off all negative communication since there is so much negativity about. I could see that this was going to become an issue now the desk has been moved once more I know that to insure a happy environment some things has to be done.

I have sat and though about this issue and realised that with out creating a circle physically I had created one on a mental level. My PC is on a cheap desk with printer and phone and Munch the gerbil in the corner of my living room but I refer to it as the OFFICE making it separate from the rest of the room (a world within a world). I can be so dumb sometimes that I did not see that I had created a sacred space where my main focus is to write about living a pagan life and share some of my insights and knowledge in a non formal way. Of course a shield would have been created just on a mental level which over time would have been made solid. Which was then being filled with the negative feelings of friends, the news, Facebook etc

This made it easy to solve! Each day start the day with an open of my workspace and when finished close the workspace and dissipate the energy nothing to formal just “time to start work” and “done finished that enough for today” is enough.

This has now got me thinking of how many other circles have been created around my home that I have been unaware of.

Now I know that many people may have the same feelings when it comes to sitting at a PC and I also know that from psychology That PC can help create social exclusion as more people communicate digitally rather than in person, leaving some feeling isolated and depressed. I am sure that much of those feelings are due to the fact that we spend so much time in front of PC and Laptops that we create our own personal bubbles that we fill with our feelings that encompasses the cyber world we just need to remember to release the energies we store.

After reading this you may realise that there are spaces that get you down it may be your work place if you do see if you have by mistake or without knowing created a bubble that’s containing your and others negativity the disperse it and see if things start to improve!

The god is the symbol of male potency he is often portrayed a horned figure his symbols are the male penis erect, the woods horned animals such as the stag, the Athame and the sword. While the goddess is the symbol for the feminine mysteries and her symbols are the vagina, the cup and the cauldron.

In the Wiccan tradition groups are normally male / female, male / female with the group being head by a High Priest and Priestess, and one of the most important rituals in Wicca is the Great Rite. During this rite, which celebrates the union of the God and Goddess. The High Priest will assume the part of the God and the Priestess will assume the role of the goddess.

The God aspect in ritual is the Goddess’s consult and their union is played out in the Great Rite in some groups this ritual is acted out and in other groups the rite is a full or partial sexual act between the high priest and priestess. Sex is something pagans and Wiccan’s treat as sacred and is always done in great reverence and where the rite is physically performed a couple in a relationship that are shielded from the group or they withdraw and return after the act.

Although pagan enjoy sex … a lot! it is sacred act to us in magicks and in life and would never, rape, abuse children or have sex with animals. All pagans will agree to very basic ethical rules when it comes to sex.

1. Sexual partners must be of legal age.
2. Sexual partners must consent and be a willing participant.
3. Sexual partners must be of the same species.
4. All acts of sex are gifts from the goddess and should be enjoyed not endured.
5. Homosexuality is normal many of the gods are gay or enjoy same sex relations.
6. Sex should never invoke fear, pain or distress

Wiccan and pagan rituals contain a lot of sexual symbology the Athame being plunged in to a Chalice is a representation of intercourse. Wiccan’s and pagans believe that sex energy is very powerful and potent and will often use sex in spell casting. The basic idea is that the rhythm of sex raises energy to climax when it is release just like building a cone of power.

Single people, couples or groups can preform sex magicks and there are many books on the subject of sex magick. Sex magicks should only be preformed by willing and knowing partners as it one of the most sacred act a Wiccan or pagan can perform.

“Creative visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life. In the past many of us have used our power of creative visualization in a relatively unconscious way. Because of our own deep-seated negative concepts about life, we have automatically and unconsciously expected and imagined lack, limitation, difficulties, and problems to be our lot in life”

Ok it out their creative visualisation, a subject not very dear to my heart. Since my early days in the craft I have been taught that being able to visualise something is an important skill. I must of read every book on the subject of how to creatively visualise.

I must have tried every technique out there but although I could imagine object with my eyes closed trying to do it with eyes open was another subject. I may manage to hold it in place for a micro second but then gone. I would say that this feeling of inadequacy of not being able to do this most basic of things (well that what the books kept telling me) to be honest I gave up on creative visualisation with my eyes open which is ok.

I had spoken my high priestess and other friends about me giving up on creative visualisation no prescription online pharmacy in attempts I suppose that someone would give me the magick answer on how to do it correctly, each smiled and said in their own way not everyone can do it you will just have to accept that your not able to do it.

This inability to creatively visualise with my eyes open did have a knock on effect in my confidence in group work one of the reason I went solitary I continued to follow my at the time was Wiccan but I need to personalise my magick to my skill level this is how I became eclectic..

During my formative years as an eclectic I ventured down many magickal paths exploring the depths and heights of myself but each path I took mentioned creative visualisation. I kept trying but still to know avail.

I though that I would never get creative visualisation until one day at work a friend played a trick on me and it all fell into place. He placed a pen on the table and said “try to pick the pen up” so I did and as I went to pick the pen up he slapped my hand away he did this every time I went for the pen till I told him where I would stick the pen if he hit me again he laughed and said “there is no try there is only do or do not”.

The problem I have had with creative visualisation is I was practicing it and not doing it.

The basic idea of creative visualisation is that you see the results of your magicks and what you see will come to pass. So practicing to see a sphere filled with light (or whatever) can be a very difficult thing for the less visually orientated people like myself. The true art of creative visualisation is not to practice but to do and to change the meaning of visualisation if fact changes Creative visualisation to creative knowing.

Creative Knowing is allowing your mind and senses to know the out come not just see it but feel it in your core self the single part of yourself that is the whole universe and the divine. You either know or you don’t it that simple it is or is not.

With creative knowing there is not practice there is only doing although there is training.

Doing Creative Knowing training

The aim of this training is to show you that you are capable of creative knowing. The visual aspect of creative visualisation implies that you should see this is often misread as relating to the eyes rather than visual memory and often requires sitting in silence. With creative knowing movement and sounds are required to enhance the experience.

The training

Creative knowing require energy to be created from which the knowing is born, when training it is better to go to times that have important feelings attached as these will help strengthen the muscles of your mind. The stronger you get the more powerful this skill will become.

As with all thing in my path you have to step back before you go forward so your going to need to think of a time in your life that has strong memories and something that recurred for me I used Sunday morning as a child basic route that was the same week in week out, the radio would be on, i would hover and mum would cook dinner as there is a lot of memories that include music. You will need your own memories and music and anything else to invoke the memories. But for the sake of an example we will use my Sunday morning.

Put roast on to cook and cue some music on the PC and play, I would normally be singing along with songs and dancing, I would then get the hover out and start hovering while doing the hovering I would think of my mum house where the sofa was what the walls look like allowing my memories to flood in building a mental picture of the living room I would remember my self hovering that space my mum in the kitchen cooking well sitting having a tea and a fag I would feel myself walking down the hall into the kitchen I would see the pots on the cooker glass ashtray on that smoked glass table all the time my eye open hovering my on living room (Funny as I type I can see the scene forming so you can just type out your memories works as well learn something new each day) breaking your concentration will break the knowing.

During this stage of advanced memory recall and revisualizations it is your mind doing all of the work it will be accessing all the relevant parts to strengthen the experience the visual aspect becomes less about sight and more about visual though.

With Creative knowing you are required to learn not just to recall visual memory , but memories for all your senses.

The more you do the less equipment you will need and as with any training do not over do it or you may find that it will effect you in daily life you could end up zoning out in unsuitable locations.

As you advance you will be able to use that visual though not only to replay events but create new ones just like creating a new movie where you are the director you say what the set looks like where the actors are what the air smells like you will be able to create your desired out come.

Creative visualisation and creative knowing are extremely powerful form of magicks when mastered and with that in mind you have to keep your mind pure! nasty, wicked thoughts are likely to be given life sometime without your knowing.

At the moment I am having a new kitchen fitted so I prepped before closing down the kitchen as I packed it all away. But on Wednesday I awoke to the bookshelf on the floor which was just the start of a day that got worse and worse I knocked things over, things got broke and my stress levels rose.

I could feel my own energy draining from me I could not understand what had caused such a change so I tried several versions to bring back some balance but to no avail.

Things even got to the stage that I even asked for help and stuck a request on facebook (the Cyber Cauldron page) to which I got so great advice.

Extra wiring causing the poor flow of energy

I stood facing an empty kitchen and it hit me I could almost see the energy moving around the room, it was not like the normal flow that the house it seem that the energy of the room was pouring straight into the ground pulling all the energy from the house.

I had to work out what was causing it then I suddenly saw what was causing the issues. New wiring! A circle of wire was now set in the ceiling with extra wires coming down for new plug sockets.

The new electro magnetic fields that where now present where not being directed in to the room but down the walls and straight into the ground so I need to find a way of redirecting the energy back in to the room.

After lots of though I came up with a form of an elemental balancing, which was designed to add, back some of the missing elements. Choose not to do a full ritual but I did cast a circle using some of the most powerful correspondences I could find.

Circle set up

I placed a cauldron at the centre of the circle and placed the statue of my goddess inside the cauldron. I placed a bell in the east to represent air, I used my Athame in the south a large chunk of coral in the west and in the north I used a stag horn.

I then called each element in turn asking them to charge the area with their element and bring balance to the room.

I asked them to draw any negative energy and the new electro magnetic forces and place them in the cauldron. I the partitioned the goddess to transform the energy in the cauldron in to a lighter friendlier energy and redirect back into the room.

I then seal the circle from the outside and visualised the energy of the element as swirling pillars of energy I watched as the acted like cyclones sucking in the negativity and electro magnetic particles which where directed into the cauldron which glowed like golden water flowing from the cauldron feeling the room with a golden light.

I then left the circle doing it job overnight and once I woke I opened the kitchen door and disassembled the circle I then filled the cauldron with spring water and took it to the garden to be poured away.

I then did my normal meditation and the house is coming back to a normal balance.

I have wrote this up as a reminder to us all that sometime it physical object can effect us and create negativity that can cause us much distress and that our first option is to always look for a spiritual or magickal cause.

Our environment is the heart of our power and when we change our environment even slightly it can effect energy flow which can have a huge effect or our well being some times for the better, others for the worse.

When things go wrong start by looking at what has change in most cases the energy can be adjusted by correcting the change other times a little magick is needed to restore the balance.
