I call on all the things before to bare witness,

I call all the things to come after to bare witness

I call the elements by name as I know you came teach protect and help me grow in my path:-

Air my daily breathes as I focus on you I see and feels you, your rhythm that is my life but only part of my existence.

Fire you are my passion my desires and my temper please temper and control my internal flame may it never burn to hot and always be willing to warm a friend. but only part of my existence

Water my emotion may my family and friend be visible to my inner self be free to walk among them but only part of my existence

Earth let me be grounded in all aspects of life but only part of my existence

Spirit let the other elements come to balance so I have no fear to join them

(Meditate on the elements becoming one inside you) but only part of my existence

Without all 5 elements in balance I am nothing.

I call on the divine force. The Lady! Who contains the vital feminine energy, and The Lord! Who contains the vital masculine energy.

Oh Lady you who is mother to all. You who is known by many names. (Repeat the goddess Chant as you meditate on the goddess and her aspects and you can feel her presence)

Isis, Astarte, Diana, Hecate, Demeter, Kali, Inanna (see youtube video for example)

Mighty Mother, accept me and guide me along my path.

Oh Lord you who is Father to all. You who is known by many names. (Repeat the god Chant as you meditate on the god and his aspects and you can feel his presence)

Pan, Poseidon, Dionesius, Cernunos, Mithras, Loki, Apollo (has same rythem as goddes chant)

Mighty Father, accept me and guide me along my path.

Mjöllnir Thors Hammer

This symbol of the God Thor originally a god of agriculture ruling over the winds, rains, thunder and crops is now seen as a god of war. The Mjöllnir Thor’s Hammer was created by the Svartálfar or dark elves, Sindri a dwarf and Brokkr a blacksmith dwarf at the command of Loki.

The 13th century Prose Edda describes the abilities of the Mjöllnir’s would be able to strike as firmly as he wanted, whatever his aim, and the hammer would never fail, and if he threw it at something, it would never miss and never fly so far from his hand that it would not find its way back, and when he wanted, it would be so small that it could be carried inside his tunic.

The word Mjöllnir means “crusher”, referring to its pulverizing effect. Mjöllnir might be related to the Russian word молния (molniya) and the Welsh word mellt (both words being translated as “lightning”).

Mjöllnir is used as a Emblemic pendants in Scandinavia and can be found adorning furniture, headstones and worn as pendants for protect. The due it connection with the Vikings can be found nearly everywhere they travelled the most common form would be engraved on to stones called runestones
