Changing the way we think Our thoughts travel beyond the limitations of time and space. We can “pick up” other peoples thoughts, and by the same token they can “receive” ours. Telepathy is an extension of this inherent ability we have. Out thoughts can create harmony, life our spirits and strengthen our life force. They may also be stuck in destructive patterns that create illness and sap our energy. The thoughts we have and the words we say reflect our inner feelings, the way perceive life our basic beliefs. What we believe comes true for us. We are not always consciously aware of the thoughts and messages we send to ourselves and others. By putting aside some time every day-to-day dream, do some art or craftwork, meditate, garden or walk, we watch the thoughts that come to the surface. Once we can see them we can choose to change them. Positive affirmations encourage the growth of positive life affirming thoughts and beliefs. They are simple phrases constructed in the present tense and repeated to yourself as you meditate, walk, drive, garden or as you slip to sleep. They initiate positive change from within and eventually a new thought pattern takes hold and become a new belief. This is then reflected in the messages we send ourselves and others, and creates a New possibilities for a new future.
